OM CRM

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms govern the use of OM CRM, a business (B2B) tool for managing customer messages, leads and marketing.

1. Provider

The Service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Oleh Volodymyrovych Morozov (Unified State Register of Ukraine record No. 25560000000083744), 188 Kerchenska St., Odesa, 65025, Ukraine. Contact: support@omcrm.pro.

2. The Service

OM CRM is a cloud tool for businesses. It lets a business: receive and answer messages from Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and other connected channels in one inbox; manage leads and tasks; optionally use an AI agent for replies; view advertising statistics.

The Service is intended for businesses and individuals acting for business purposes. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created by the Operator or by the business’s administrator. The business is responsible for who it gives access to, for its users’ actions and for keeping passwords confidential. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access.

4. Connecting Meta accounts

5. AI features

The AI agent is optional and is configured by the business. AI-generated replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. The business is responsible for its settings, for monitoring the agent and for replies sent to its customers.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment or illegal content; process data without a lawful basis; attempt to bypass security, limits or access controls; reverse engineer the Service; resell access without our written consent; use the Service to violate the rules of Meta or other connected platforms.

7. Data

The business owns its data. It gives us the right to process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. For the data of its customers the business is the controller and we are the processor. On request we will export the business’s data in a machine-readable format.

8. Fees

Fees, if any, are agreed separately in writing (offer, invoice or agreement).

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or develop features; we will warn about significant changes in advance where possible.

10. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Telegram, OLX, Umnico, SendPulse, AI providers and others). Their use is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, outages or decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. The Operator’s total liability for any claims is limited to the amount the business paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

Either party may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms or of platform rules. After termination we delete the business’s data within 30 days; the business may ask for an export before that.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and if that fails — by the courts of Ukraine at the Operator’s location. Mandatory rights you have under the law of your country are not affected.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Questions: support@omcrm.pro.
